Porsche Albania 10 years in Albanian Market
-Porsche Albania a direct investment from Porsche Holding Salzburg, celebrates its first decade of operation in Albania
- Volkswagen and Audi showroom among the latest investment of Porsche Albania.
Tirane, 7 October. Porsche Albania celebrated its 10th anniversary in Albanian with the company's clients, business partners and friends.
The first and only international company in Albanian automotive market, celebrated its 10th birthday at the new 'home' of Volkswagen and Audi in Albania, the latest investment in the market.
Porsche Albania a direct investment from Porsche Holding Group, started the activity in Albanian Market in 2005 with only two brands, Audi and SEAT. During the years the brand portfolio was further enlarged with other brands of Volkswagen Group, like ŠKODA (in 2006), Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (in 2008) and Volkswagen Passenger Cars (in 2012). Today the company brand offering is more complete with the main brands of Volkswagen Group.
Members from the business, political, artistic and diplomatic community joined the celebrations on Wednesday 7th October 2015.
More 4,600 new vehicles delivered to clients to date and with over 38,000 service orders, Porsche Albania is by far the largest company in the automotive market in Albania.
During the presentation of these 10 years activity, the general manager Mr Gentian Bushati announced: "Today Porsche Albania is the most successful company in the new vehicle market in Albania. Every third car sold is coming from one of our showrooms. This success is expected to grow as Porsche Albania is now the official reseller of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, not only the importer."
"Our ambition is not only to be the most successful company in the vehicles market but also to be the most attractive employer. We think we are in the right way" Says Mr Bushati.
Mr Alain Favey presented the investments in the Albanian market and the strategies that Porsche Holding has for Albania and the hole region.
In a festive atmosphere the guests had the opportunity to see the milestones of Porsche Albania during these years. An elegant plate of aluminium with the engraved logo of its 10th Anniversary was coming directly form Audi factory in Ingolstadt as a present from the four ring brands for Porsche Albania.
"Together we celebrate today not only the end of the first decade of activity but also the start of the second decade."- Said Mr Bushati
