Therefore we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Spare Parts Sales Person

The spare parts sales person is responsible for ensuring that the spare part sales service at the firm contributes to customer satisfaction and facilitates the work of our workshops through the supply of spare parts and accessories.

The spare parts employee is costumer oriented, and does his tasks fully committed to correctness and integrity. 

Task and duties:

·         talk to customers to find out their exact needs and keep a good relation.

·         respond to clients through phone calls to help them with the information they need

·         identify the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment

·         check catalogues, microfiche or computer databases to identify and locate the sources of required parts

·         recommend parts to customers, accessories or different seasonal offers.

·         Inform clients when the parts are in stock or when they have to be ordered.

·         receive orders for parts

·         order parts from warehouse and registers in the system need for new orders

·         collect, pack, dispatch or deliver ordered parts

·         participate in warehouse dispatch, packaging and delivery of stock, and receive incoming stocks, registering correctly spare part movements.

·         He is responsible for checking the stock and filling the need of our workshop for parts during their working process.

·         Assures stock for needed parts for workshop.

·         Responsible for periodically warehouse inventory.

Professional Requirements:

·         Educational degree in mechanical/automotive fields

·         Prior experience in relative position, minimum 2 years.

·         Knowledge of English (any other language is an asset)

·         Knowledge in the Microsoft Office package

·         Driving Licence (type B)

Other requirements:

·         good communication and sales skills

·         organized approach to work

·         problem-solving skills

·         able to work quickly under pressure

Therefore, we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

·         HR Specialist will work closely with HR Manager, on covering daily operational tasks, monthly reports and follow up procedure/project implementations.

·         Assuring HR policies and procedures are followed from entity and colleagues, through communications and regular control.

·         Support in company recruitment and hiring process following the needed steps and supporting head of departments.

·         Following the implementation of the colleagues training plans, team building activities, staff retreats.

·         Contributes with suggestions for different activities related to employee motivation, company culture and values.

·         Support in implementation of the yearly internal evaluation voting (Stimmungsbarometer) by informing, checking, and consulting employees and managers.

·         Support in implementation of the yearly Management Performance Evaluation through informing and supporting head of departments. 

·         Informing HR Manager for possible internal regulations fractions of regulations and complaints and following up procedures and documentation.

·         Support in Employee onboarding process, preparing documents and presentation with company.

·         Responsible for new employee and contract termination declarations - through the agency.

·         Reporting through internal tools employee changes.

·         Responsible for intern recruitment process, declarations, and training.

·         Following up the communication with Company doctor for employee medical files and coordinates visits. Support in following up the employee private health insurance packages.

·         Monthly reports of time attendance, vacations, sick leaves, maternity leave.

·         Following up the Porsche Holding (monthly/quarterly/yearly) reports based on their requirements.

·         Following up the finalization and implementation of SAP Succes Factor (HR system) implementation.

·         Support for Employer Branding practices applied and activities in Porsche Albania.

Employment period

-          May-June 2024 until September 2025 with the possibility of prolonging the employment contract.

Requirements:

·         Master degree (preferable Human Resources Management/ Business Administration ect)

·         Experience more than 3 years as HR Specialist

·         Good experience in HR administrative tasks

·         foreign language competence - English (excellent), German (is an asset)

·         Proficient user of MS office package

·         friendly, proactive, and initiative attitude

·         consciously strive to establish and maintain positive working relationships and networks with others, both internally and externally.

·         Flexible in managing projects and tasks.

·         Solution Oriented

·         Valid driving license.
