Porsche Albania does not carry out all processing of personal data itself, but has the support of professional partners, namely Porsche Informatik GmbH with headquarters in 5020 Salzburg, the twyn group GmbH with headquarters in 4600 Wels, and Vivid Planet Software GmbH with headquarters in 5302 Henndorf am Wallersee, which work on behalf of Porsche Albania.

These partners have been carefully selected and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with data protection laws and that your rights are protected. Partners are not permitted to use the personal data provided for their own or advertising purposes or to provide them to third parties.

In addition, Porsche Albania does not provide any information to third parties such as mailing list providers and direct mail companies.

Test drives

·         When submitting the contact form for a test drive, your personal data entered in the contact fields (desired vehicle, desired appointment, name, buying interest, address and contact information) will be sent to the chosen dealer. 

·         Purpose: preparation/execution and processing of the test drive.

·         Justification: fulfilment of a contract and/or execution of pre-contractual measures by your request.

General contact forms

Newsletter registration

To send the newsletter we use the e-mail address provided by you and then require your confirmation that you, as the owner of the e-mail address, agree to receive the newsletter (a so-called double opt-in). ·         Storage period: for as long as the newsletter is sent and consent is not withdrawn.

Catalogue order

·         Contact form (catalogue/prices): when submitting the contact form, your personal data entered in the contact fields (car information, information on the supervising company, name, address and contact information) will be processed. ·         Storage period: until successful delivery or until the revocation of consent within the processing period.
