Therefore we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Receptionist secretary


Receptionist may perform the following tasks:

  • Answer telephone enquiries from customers and attend to visitors
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and direct consumer to the responsible department and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Receive the service incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Responsible for official e-mail address communications - directing them to the responsible departments
  • Controlling and registering the mail (incoming and outgoing) and Protocol.
  • Provide excellent customer service through good communication and problem-solving attitude
  • Attends visitors and clients in finding their way around the show room and offices
  •  Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings for company's guests.
  • Making sure that the show rooms are tidy and conform company standards

  • Assist in administrative tasks like (copying, filing documents, scanning, etc.)
  • Assists Managers in administrative tasks they could have
  • Helps with translations from English to Albanian and vice versa.
  • Handling supplies - office supply, water, coffee, other consumables, first aid medications, including: Coordinating maintenance work/ Laundry/ Flowers/ Trash collecting / Fire extinguisher



·         university graduation;

·         foreign language competence -English (excellent),

·         Good knowledge of MS Office

·         friendly, proactive, and initiative attitude

·         Good communication

·         Problem solving attitude

·         Good Time management skills

·         Previous experience in client service (preferable)

·         Needed experience in similar positions 1-3 years.
