Therefore, we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

 

Receptionist

 

We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company and a key support for our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded who enjoys a dynamic environment and diverse responsibilities.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Front Desk & Client Interaction

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints diplomatically.

Administrative Support

  • Monitor and manage company emails, including job applications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and translating (English-Albanian).
  • Schedule appointments, including regular visits with the company doctor.
  • Assist managers and HR with recruiting and interview coordination.

Office & Facility Management

  • Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and office environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies, water, coffee, first-aid kits, and other consumables.
  • Coordinate with the Back Office and Aftersales Manager to report and resolve property maintenance issues.

Guest & Travel Coordination

  • Organize travel arrangements and schedule meetings for company guests.

Aftersales & Reporting

  • Support the Aftersales team with monthly reports in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper mail handling and protocol.

Employment period

-          July 2025 until October 2026 with the possibility of prolonging the employment contract.

 

Requirements:

·         University degree

·         Excellent command of English; good knowledge of German

·         Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

·         Team player with initiative and a positive outlook

·         0-2 years of relevant work experience (reception, administration, or customer service)

·         Flexible in managing projects and tasks.

·         Solution Oriented
