Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Skoda, SEAT, VW PKW and Audi in Albania and retailer for Volkswagen Commercial Cars. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Therefore, we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of:

Office & Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Client Relation Coordinator

•Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints diplomatically, addressing to responsible colleagues. Greets and assists customers in person, by phone, and by email in a professional and courteous manner.

•Manages inbound calls, messages, and workshop appointment requests.

• Schedules, confirms, and updates service reservations using company systems and platforms. Assuring client needs are met and workload is distributed based on availability.

•Manages client information and service history.

•Efficiently transfer relevant customer information to other team members

Administrative Support

•Monitor and manage company emails, including job applications.

•Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and translating (English Albanian).

•Schedule appointments, including regular visits with the company doctor.

•Assist managers and HR with recruiting and interview coordination.

•Handling travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, etc.) for employees.

Office & Facility Management

•Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and office environment.

•Order and manage office supplies, water, coffee, first-aid kits, and other consumables.

Guest & Travel Coordination

•Organize travel arrangements and schedule meetings for company guests.

Compliance & Safety

•Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

•Ensure proper mail handling and protocol.

 

Requirements:

·         University degree

·         Excellent command of English

·         Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Team player with initiative and a positive outlook

·         Flexible in managing projects and tasks.

·         Solution Oriented.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

·         Experience in different booking platforms or Client Management Systems is a plus.

·         Professional telephone and reception etiquette.

·         Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

·         Previous experience in customer service, reception or service coordination is an advantage.
