Finance & Accounting Specialist
As a Finance & Accounting Specialist, you will manage daily finance and accounting operations including cash flow, payments, procurement, and asset inventories. You will handle lease contract accounting, verify suppliers/vendors, ensure tax compliance, support financial reporting, and employee reimbursements. Additionally, you will act as a backup to the finance manager to maintain smooth financial operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operational tasks within the finance unit, including cash flow management
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and studying account information.
- Manage payment transactions to suppliers, diems & reimbursements
- Manage monthly company asset inventory
- Manage process of income & outgoing VAT invoices
- Responsible process with insurance companies
- Responsible for procurement procedure & contact person for group PO
- Responsible for supplier due diligence procedures & business partner check
- AML deputy officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the banking sector.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies
- Proficient in preparing financial statements and financial analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial software skills.
Communication & Teamwork:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills.
Organizational & Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capability.
Credit & Lending Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of credit products, lending policies, procedures, and relevant financial legislation.
