Multimedia Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Multimedia Designer with a passion for cars and strong interest in AI-powered creative tools. This role is ideal for someone who can translate strategy into powerful visual storytelling across digital and offline channels.
You will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content that strengthens brand identity, supports campaigns, and enhances customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for:

- Social media (organic & paid)
- Digital campaigns
- Website & landing pages
- Events & activations
- Showroom materials & other needed assets
- Create short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, commercials)
- Develop motion graphics and animations for campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Contribute to campaign ideation and creative concepts
- Use AI tools to enhance creative production
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends in design, video, and content creation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or creative production
- Strong portfolio (automotive experience is a plus)
- Advanced skills in:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Strong understanding of motion design and video editing
- Experience using AI creative tools
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
- Basic photography & videography skills
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)

General Manager's Assistant & Procurement Officer
This is a key position in supporting leadership in decision making by offering a high expertise, correctness and solutions via operational tasks and strategic thinking. Supporting company daily activities with gained know-how, consistently optimizing workflows and processes to maximize organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities as GM Assistant
- Manage sensitive matters of the management.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings or appointments for General Managers
- Assist General Managers in meetings and preparing presentations (Power Points) and protocols.
- Represent the company and the executives in different meetings with business Partners.
- Managing projects and establishing priorities and action plans while maintaining the flexibility to adjust these to accommodate new or more pressing organizational demands when necessary.
- Prepare and follow up administrative tasks budget.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents for GM, Porsche Albania and Head Quarters.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
- Handling travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, etc.) for General Mangers
Responsibilities as Procurement Officer
- Project lead in the purchasing process
- Preparation of procurement documentation: (RFQ, RFO, RFI)
- Business Partner Due Diligence Procedure
- Training and assisting of the employees with purchasing functions
- Commercial responsibility & analysis
- Single-Point-of-Contact for suppliers
- Creation of optimal competition
- Responsibility for negotiations and usage of all negotiation levers
- Awarding & conclusion of contract
- Contract Management
Other Projects
- As a key position in the company, GM Assistant is responsible for project lead for future strategic projects that may be implemented in the company, based on experience and gained expertise. Responsibilities include drafting to implementing processes related to new Projects.
Requirements
- University degree (preferable Economics/Business Administration ect)
- Experience more than 3 years as GM Assistant positions or similar
- Good knowledge of budgeting tasks and financial procedures
- foreign language competence - English (excellent), German (is an asset);
- Proficient user of MS office package is a must.
- Gained experience in different positions like (reporting, procurement, project management, administrative assistant) is highly evaluated.
