 Marketing and Communication Specialist

The Marketing and Communication Specialist role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility and engagement. This position requires crafting compelling communication materials, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with teams to align messaging with business goals. Ideal candidates bring strong creative skills, analytical thinking, and experience in tools like content management systems and analytics software.

Functions:

• Execute and oversee the full brand communication strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines (GL) and local market objectives.
• Manage and coordinate all Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, copywriting, visuals, and brand tone.
• Be responsible for end-to-end marketing communication planning and execution, including digital platforms, events, media campaigns, and showroom activations.
• Ensure all communication materials (online and offline) strictly follow brand identity standards and CI guidelines provided by Brand CICD.
• Plan, execute, and supervise brand events, launches, and experiential marketing activities, ensuring a premium brand experience and high attention to detail.
• Manage all online platforms (website, social media, mobile apps), ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with global brand standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between Porsche Albania Marketing team and external agencies/providers, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and strategic alignment.
• Manage contracts with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization across campaigns and activities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels (digital, OOH, events), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and data analytics to enhance audience targeting, personalize communication, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Lead the development of content strategies that reflect the premium positioning of Porsche Albania Brands and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Supervise the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital assets, and branding.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and continuous innovation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in automotive marketing, luxury branding, and digital innovation.

Requirements:

·         Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

·         Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns & utilizing Facebook Pixel tool.

·         Strong understanding of content management systems & website traffic tracking tools.

·         Excellent understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization and how social media impacts this.

·         Familiarity with HTML

·         An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

·         University degree ideally in business administration, marketing, or information technology

·         Fluent in Albanian, English, (German is an asset).

·         Articulate and professional communication skills.

Brief Role Description

As a Legal Operations Assistant, you are responsible supporting on daily department activities. From contract drafting, cross communication with relevant stakeholders and monitoring legal changes and national laws relevant with company activities. 

Possible Tasks within this Role

Legal Department Assistant:

• Draft and review contracts with suppliers and third parties.
• Coordinate with the Notary Public to handle the notarization of documents.
• Prepare legal documentation for permits of stay and work permits.
• Perform tasks assigned to Legal as per Contract Management System regulation.
• Regularly report to the Legal Manager according to internal guidelines.
• Prepare draft documents necessary for the company.
• File applications with state authorities.

Compliance assistant:

• Support the implementation and review of compliance programs and measures under the direction of the Compliance Officer.
• Collect and maintain all documentation relevant to compliance activities in designated folders and repositories.
• Coordinate and implement all non-technical e-learnings in coordination with the different departments.
• Monitor legal changes and national laws relevant to the activities of Porsche Albania.
• Monitor Legislation concerning Product Compliance
• Perform integrity check for suppliers and third parties and sanction check for sponsorships.
• Report relevant issues to the Compliance Officer.
• Assist the Compliance Officer with compliance tasks.
• Assist with Data Protection tasks.
• Handle information security topics within the company aligned with internal guidelines and procedures.
• Execute online training and awareness measures concerning InfoSec.
• Coordinate the investigation of information security incidents.

Local Guideline Coordinator:

• Coordinate guideline approval and implementation process including, translation, publication in intranet, and other designated repositories and applications.
• Handle and communicate the availability of policies and guidelines to employees

Qualification requirements

• Working experience at a similar position of at least 2 years,
• Computer knowledge
• Excelling knowledge of English or German,
