DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Develop startegies to introduce and sell operational lease product to new and existing customers in framework of company targets and objectives

·         Responsible to represent company in Group Fleet international team & requests to the headquarter & local tenders participations  

·         Analyze fleet performance data and to manage and reduce costs accordingly

·         Working closely with delaer network & stakeholders  

·         Identify and resolve customer claims / requests over time

·         Support to introduce and sell financial lease product

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         University degree (economics, finance preferred)  excperience in automotive market or  rent a car business
Proven work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role in automotive market, rent a car business    

·         Excellent analytical skills, strong problem solving skills

·         Very good skills in written communication, verbal and non-verbal , knowledge in English
Excellent teamwork skills to work with various departments

·         Very good organizational skills and work of / independent when performing the task

·         Advanced knowledge of credit on the product and on the lending policies and procedures and legislation related.

risk specialist



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Provides high-quality service in compliance with the established procedures of the company by handling the customer applications for financial & operational lease

·         Evaluate credit worthiness by processing customer applications and documentation within specified limits

·         Client requests handling on contract termination , prolongation , renwal requests

·         Analyze financing data and financial statements of the client to determine the degree of risk involved in extending financing

·         Prepare the reports according group procedures for big clients.

·         Handling reports for credit register of Bank of Albania

·         Responible for operational risk and group reporting

·         Evaluates effectiveness of current policies and procedures



GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         University degree (Accounting finance, preferred excperience in banking field, etc.)
Peferable to have 2 years' experience in financial institutions and / or banks

·         Comprehensive knowledge of working in the banking and finance system, including the recognition of credit risk, regulations and policies and procedures.

·         Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and the preparation of financial statements for financial analysis
Very good skills in written communication, verbal and non-verbal , proficency in English
Excellent teamwork skills

·         Very good organizational skills and work of / independent when performing the task
Advanced knowledge of credit on the product and on the lending policies and procedures and legislation related.
